Hi! I’m so glad I came across your website. I’m preparing to start the BFL program and was wondering if your recipes are ok to use when you are just starting. I look at the sample menus that are offered and they are so bare bones…nothing like the yummy recipes I see on your site. Do you suggest just going with the protein veggie combo without the frills to start out with? Honestly I think I will be more likely to stick with it if I can eat things that don’t make me feel like I’m on a diet, I mean who wants that!
Just picking your brain thanks for your help and I look forward to hearing from you!

Hi! I am a 30 year old mother of two that works full time. I am considering the Body for Life and Jamie Eason Live Fit programs. I want to know which program you would recommend for my lifestyle? I love weight lifting and I do not enjoy cardio, however, I know that it is important. I have really researched the Live Fit program and it seems great, but I honestly do not know if I can dedicate 90 minutes+ at the gym when it gets to phases 2 and 3. Any advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Hi Janetha, I’ve been following your blog for about 1 year now. A mutual friend of ours, Kevin (KK), told me about it last year so I’ve been reading ever since. We actually have quite a few peeps/social circles in common from the raver days, after looking at your pix. But that’s not why I’m writing. My questions for you are: did you have prior experience with online stuff, like html, before you started blogging? Or did you have to just learn everything as you progressed? I have started my own blog about fitness, pregnancy, and my personal journey but I am finding it a little difficult to make it look the way I want. It’s very amateur. I enjoy blogging very much as an outlet for my thoughts but I want it to be prettier :-) Any suggestions for me to learn more about how to blog such as other websites or books? Thank you for your time, Jess.

What type of vanilla whey protein powder do you use? I’m referring to the protein cheesecake recipe that has the protein powder in it. Thanks. Donna
