drinking water just got easier. (and tastier.)

in giveaway

it’s no secret that i drink a lot of water. i aim for a gallon a day. i mention my water consumption often–in fact, my first blog post EVER (nearly four years ago.. yikes!) was about water. and i have recently posted about why hydration is SO crucial and water is a very important part of any healthy lifestyle.

mmm.. water. i love it! and, lucky for me, so do my taste buds.

i often receive the question: “how can i make drinking water easier?!” or: “will i ever learn to enjoy drinking water? it seems like such a chore.”

for those who have asked this question any time in your life, here’s an awesome solution.

dasani drops are a delicious way to flavor your water without adding any calories. they come in four flavors: strawberry kiwi, pink lemonade, pineapple coconut, and mixed berry. these flavors are the perfect complement to dasani pure bottled water.

IMG 6945

because everybody has different taste buds, dasani has given you the power to create your OWN personalized water flavor using these four flavors. use a little, use a lot, use them alone, combine them.. the choice is up to you!

each small bottle packs a big punch of flavor–32 eight-ounce servings reside in each 1.9 fluid ounce bottle! the drops are super convenient and portable. you can keep them anywhere–your purse, at your desk, in your car, by your sink–they are so handy to have on hand.

(pinapple coconut is my personal favorite!)

even though i do love water plain, these drops are a fun way to flavor my gallon of water each day. it’s a nice change!

some of you may recall when i gave these away back in december. well, dasani drops have taken the giveaway goods up a notch and have offered to give one meals & moves readers some dasani drops coupons and…

Joana February 27, 2013 at 6:41 pm

Last thing I had to drink was a glass of water with a crystal light to go packet mixed in. I believe the flavor was fruit punch. I love that these drops have 0 calories!!

Julia February 27, 2013 at 6:44 pm

Your infographic up at the top of the post is really misleading.Water does not metabolize fat. A variety of enzymes located in the cytoplasm and mitochondria of cells in our body metabolize fat. The word metabolize refers to chemical processing of molecules in our bodies. Water does not curb cravings either. Staying properly hydrated may help your body differentiate between hunger and thirst signals, but that is not the same as eliminating cravings. Furthermore cartilage and tendons are not lubricated by pure water. Pure water does not flow to your cartilage and tendons. Blood flows to parts of these structures (cartilage is not fully vascularized) and supplies nutrients and oxygen. Tendons are not really lubricated at all. Joint cavities are filled with a fluid, called synovial fluid, primarily comprised of hyaluronic acid and with the consistency of egg whites. The fluid is secreted from cells in the membrane surrounding the joints.

Amalia February 27, 2013 at 9:57 pm

Really? Your source is GPP? Instead of actual science?

Janetha February 27, 2013 at 11:10 pm

My source is Lizz Bennett, one of my trainers, who has the proper education to back her words. I’m not trying to argue with the comment above, I am simply stating my source.

Julia February 28, 2013 at 10:03 am

I looked up the GPP website and can’t find that Lizz Bennett is anything other than a trainer. If you google lipid metablism, joint cavities, and do a google scholar search for water and cravings you will find that what I said above is factually correct. I won’t list my credentials here because I’m not an asshole but if you have any more questions or want more info please email me.
