dedicated december is a challenge for you to stay active during the month of december. you will get one point/entry for EVERY workout you complete!
for each and every workout you complete in december,leave a comment on below. make sure you tell us what the workout was!

sorry, but shopping, baking, or chasing your dog/kids because they got a hold of the expensive christmas gift for your mother-in-law does not count as a workout.

Sorry, fell off the wagon. Actually hurt my shoulder and had to get a cortisone shot. Damn crab walks.

12/31/12 – 40 minutes on the elliptical (yes, I was working out on NYE… I’m a dork) ;) Wanted to end 2012 on a good note.
started off the last day of 2012 with a 6.5 mile run. it was 35* and there was frost on the grass…felt like a badass! (haha only cuz i’m from sunny socal)
Dec 31: A 2-hour walk in the city.
dec 29 – 4 mile run outside. burr
dec 30 – HIIT training and ab workout. 2 minute plank!!
dec 31 – jillian michaels 30 day shred level 3. whew.
Dec 31st 45min spin class and some shoulder exercises.

Last workout of the year! Did 3 rounds of 50 jumping jacks, 40 squats, 30 sit ups, 20 push-ups and 10 tricep dips while catching up on gossip girl before last nights festivities.
Oh my goodness I can’t believe I’ve been forgetting to log my workouts! I’ve done some really good ones recently including a few crossfit workouts with my hubby :-) Yesterday was 5 rounds of 15 kettle balls, 15 box jumps and 15 hang cleans. It was a good one and I surprised myself by using a 24 inch box for the first time!
Cardio Tabata with Burpees was my first workout of the year.

Totally forgot when I left off logging, so I’ll just start with Christmas and continue: quick 12 min tabata.
26 Dec: 5 miles hills.
27 Dec: 45 min bike.
28 Dec: 5 miles on the treadmill.
29 Dec: 60 min arc trainer.
30 Dec: 40 min strength.
31 Dec: 5 miles speed interval.
12-31: 60 minute cardio and weights class.
12/31 took a refine method class in new york :)

Dec 25 – ski out from cabin (~5k), and a 15k classic ski in Algonquin Park
