- my name: Adrien. I’m a communications student by day and a (BCRPA certified) personal trainer by night. I work at mostly bootcamps, so I like to use exercises that don’t require a lot of equipment, but a little here and there can be a lot of fun!
- where i live: I’m coming to you today from Victoria, BC (Canada)
- my blog: www.confessionsofafitnessaddict.blogspot.com
- my move:
Bosu Grasshoppers.
How to do it?
Get into a straight arm plank on the bosu (flat side up; or on the ground if you don’t have a bosu around).

From that position move your right knee up towards your left elbow (crossing your chest) and make contact. Take your right leg back and then repeat this move with your left knee to right elbow.
You can go as slow or as fast as you want, but know that the slower you go, the more it will burn.
Just like that you’ll work your whole core, and really get into those obliques. Have fun!

girl you’re rockin’ it! I love the pics of you, you are a lean, mean, fightin’ machine :)
Wow! I’ve tried the right to right/left to left combo, but never considered crossing. I’ll have to try it! I second Averie, you’re toned up!
I tried the Bosu ball move tonight.
It rocked!
LOVE the bosu-== that’s a great move to try- thank you!
