- my name: Marisa
- where i live: I live in the ‘burbs of Philadelphia, PA which apparently no other bloggers are from! I haven’t come across any local bloggers, so if you are one, make sure to look me up!
- my blog: I babble over at Loser for Life
- my move: My usual moves involve running and various revolving torturous contraptions at the gym. But here’s my newest move which is extremely dorky, but totally fun…
- my meal: I was so happy to do a post for Janetha while she is jammin’ in Jamaica. Since you all might be missing her delicious garbanzo meals (or as I like to call ‘em, chick peas!), I thought I would share a recipe for one of my new favorites…
Trampolining! I found some cool exercises on the internet and twice a week (weather permitting), I’ve been heading out for a jumping cardio workout!

Jumping for joy- what fun!
Trampolining is so much fun! I recently got an Urban Rebounder and the girls and I love it so much we want to get a big outdoors variety this summer. It’s amazing how something that seems so simple can really get your heart rate up!
127 calories of anything sounds pretty good to me! Aahh trampolining. Sounds like a funner version of jump roping, which I hate.
Trampoline!! I just showed that to my mom, she does it for cardio too :) And that chickpea salad is right up my alley, yumyum :)
