christmas cookie decorating is a tradition my family started last year.
we decided to start doing this INSTEAD of walking around in freezing cold temperatures looking at christmas lights at temple square. trust me, after 25 years of doing the temple square lights, i knew what it was all about and i can say i don’t miss that tradition a bit.
the cookie tradition was my idea. and it is much warmer. and it’s fun!
some of the finished products~
aren’t my niece and nephews cute? momma b is too, of course.
speaking of nephews.. remember my lil’ nephew greyson who was in the ICU back in october? well, look how big he is getting! i love him.
here he is with his momma, lindsay. my sis in law.
look at that face!
my other sister’s baby, ben, is only a month older than grey but he is basically double his size.
look at those cheeks!
the pups were at the cookie festivities too…
but only because i couldn’t leave them home alone. i came home to yet ANOTHER mess yesterday.
remember those cute cookie mix jars i made? well, i came home to this:
ugh. seriously?! how did randy pull them all off the counter?!
and i am sure they ate PLENTY of chocolate chips. baaaad dogs.
moving on.
