where i live: Greenwood, Indiana

my move: Moves, although my favorite move are decline sit-ups I don’t have a picture of that ;) I LOVE working my abs!!!

my meal: I love my protein but my favorite meal is bbq and cole slaw. I even found a picture after a competition and I had been craving that for 12 weeks!
