taking a break tonight~well from blog land that is.
i am going to spend the night making susan’s hummus (finally!), whipping up a pasta dish i haven’t made in years with my freshly purchased farmer’s market goods and stretching out my sore muscles.
there may or may not be some peach eating involved as well since it IS national peach month :)
in the meantime you can entertain yourselves by checking out my guest post over on the lovely holly’s blog~the healthy everythingtarian~just click here!
and if you haven’t had the chance to drool over the culinary creations i devoured on sunday, you can check out my taste of the nation review~just click here or scroll down a post!
hope you all enjoy your evening :)
i leave you with some photos of the canines because they are so much cuter than any food around! (it was hot out..hence the tongue hanging outage!)
penny bean.
randy’s tongue could serve as a blanket for a small child. it is humungo.

I’m so happy you liked the hummus!! You can’t really go wrong with homemade. Did you use canned or cooked garbanzos? My mom will only use home cooked beans for her hummus and it’s even more amazing. I’m lazy though :P
Oh, and I totally celebrated waffle day this morning, my belly is feeling both happy and festive right now ;) Hope you enjoyed your night off!!
have a great national waffle day!! I’ll be celebrating the peaches too :)
