I learned 3 new moves from you using this video! I kept trying to find somewhere online to see how to do mummy kicks, the 123 Heisman and the Heisman and couldn’t find them. I should have looked here to begin with – they look somewhat fun! I’ll also have to try to incorporate the squat into my jumping jacks as well… I’m excited about my Wake Up Challenge tomorrow!

Hi Janetha! Great video — I googled ideas for ‘plyometric warm up’ to use with my youth volleyball group tonight and came across this. I’m going to do these 7 moves with these 50 middle schoolers tonight!! Thank you so much for the ideas :)
