pina colada protein shake.

this just might make  you feel like you are on an island. it’s fun to pretend :)

ingredients:

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 (or more) tsp coconut extract
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/8 tsp each xanthan & guar gum
  • enough spinach to fill the blender

directions:

1. combine all ingredients in blender.

2. blend.
