- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 (or more) tsp coconut extract
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/8 tsp each xanthan & guar gum
- enough spinach to fill the blender
1. combine all ingredients in blender.
