In regards to the exclusive emails, all emails I received were very organized and clearly thought out. As soon as I would lose momentum, I’d receive another email! Janetha was very thorough in explaining everything and provided great tips/motivation. Not only were these tips helpful for the challenge but also after the challenge-I’ve adopted these tips in my daily/healthy lifestyle. I enjoyed the videos even more-it made the experience feel more personal. The amount of time/effort put into each of these emails/videos really stood out to me. There was a Facebook group that had several mini-challenge. My absolute favorite part of the group was the pictures that were posted for the mini challenges. Seeing the grocery haul pictures motivated me to pick up a couple new to me items at the store (and made me really want a Trader Joe’s), and the recipe challenge gave me ideas to add variety to my diet which I was lacking. I don’t have to eat the same things every day which allowed me to stay on plan and look forward to my meals. I enjoyed seeing what the other participants did for workouts too-it’s always nice to add/try new things. I had such a great experience! The amount of time put into the challenge is amazing. This challenge really ended up being just the kick in the butt that I needed to finally make some good healthy choices in my life. Between the cleanse that probably took off half the weight I lost to finally starting to workout like I used to I finally feel good again. I’ve still definitely got a long road ahead of me but this was exactly the motivation that I needed to jump start the process. I actually loved all the supplements. They all contributed to helping me feel good again. I’m definitely going to continue eating better, working out and staying on some good supplements. My favorite thing that I pulled from the challenges that I can still eat healthy food and it can be good tasting food. Healthy food doesn’t always have to be nasty.

there are companion products that are available to take while doing the challenge. they are not required, but i personally have opted to take three of the companion products:thermoplus, catalyst, and carb-ease plus. the catalyst is taken for the full 24 days and the other two are taken during the max phase only. many people do use them in conjunction with the challenge. i have found the companion products to work well for me! the they are definitely beneficial. the thermoplus is a fat burner. the catalyst is a BCAA that helps support and promote muscle tone. the carbease plus blocks the absorption of carbs and is taken before your starchiest meal of the day. i love all three!
