holy crap – I just made tofu last night and my water expressing method is this: wrap tofu in dishcloth. set on plate. set 2nd plate upside down on top of tofu. Set potted plant on top of 2nd plate. Seriously? yes. does it work? not really. my dishtowel gets nice and wet but my tofu doesn’t really get quite as firm as I’d like. So, what do I need? the TofuXpress! yeah baby….here’s what you get:
