thanks for all the birthday wishes! my birthday is still 2 days away but i feel like the birthday girl already :D
did you know that 3 day weekends are the jam?
seriously.. i can’t believe that it is sunday and i still have one more day off! can we make this a mandatory regular thing? please? it makes me ever so happy.
did you know that having you sister & her family in town from califonia for a funeral and you only being able to see them one time is a good reason to go out to eat on a non-free day?
it’s true. friday night the WHOLE family (aside from nephew jake) got together at sweet chicago pizza and spent some time together. albeit brief, it was quality, and that is what matters.
salad with grilled chicken.
i ended up eating four little corners of pizza and 1/3 of a piece of cheese bread. i think i kept it pretty contained, considering the fact that i have the capability of eating entire pizzas to myself. seriously, put me in a pizza eating contest, i’ll dominate.
this was the size of the pizza slices i had. please notice marshall stuffing his face in the background. i am just now seeing this and wasn’t sure if it was on accident or intentional, but either way~ it is hilarious.
see you in july, bills’ family!
(apparently sofi is the only one who wanted a photo with us)
did you know that mixing soy protein powder, coconut flour, baking soda, egg whites, almond milk and cinnamon do NOT make glorious pancakes?
i did. flapjack FAIL. no photo. tossed out the batter, they were that whack!
i had an apple for breakfast instead ;)
did you know that forever 21 now makes workout gear?!
i found this out on friday and stocked up! i am all about the cheap workout clothes. i think the only place to spend a good amount of money is on a good pair of shoes and a couple nice sports bras for running days. on lifting days, cheap sports bras are fine by me.
i got those gray pants for $12.80! side note.. why does F21 insist on marking such silly, strange prices for things? always with the 80 cents at the end. weirdos. if they had some sort of method to the madness they could at least mark it with 21 cents at the end!
did you know that susan from the great balancing act is more than just a pretty face?
homegirl knows her stuff! there is a reason she recently was certified as a trainer, folks. i pulled this total body workout straight off this post and did in saturday afternoon. she didn’t notate reps or weight, so i went with what i felt was appropriate:
15 minute elliptical warmup:
| minute | resistance | speed |
| 1 | 5 | 7.0 |
| 2 | 6 | 7.5 |
| 3 | 7 | 8.0 |
| 4 | 8 | 8.5 |
| 5 | 9 | 9.0 |
*repeat twice more.
straight set,3 times through:
| move | weight | reps | muscles worked |
| One arm dumbbell snatch | 15# | 15 each side | shoulders, quads, glutes |
superset, 3 times through:
| move | weight | reps | muscles worked |
| Wide-grip lat pulldown | 60# | 15 | upper & mid back, biceps |
| Single leg squat | body weight | 15 each leg | quads, glutes, inner thigh |
superset, 3 times through:
| move | weight | reps | muscles worked |
| Cable twisting chest press | 25# | 15 each arm | chest, front of shoulder, triceps, obliques |
| Single leg romanian deadlift with upright dumbbell row | 30# total (15 # db each hand) | 15 each leg | hamstrings, glutes, lower back, hips, shoulders |
superset, 3 times through:
| move | weight | reps | muscles worked |
| Dumbbell front raise with a side lunge (first half) and then lateral raise with a side lunge | 5# ea for first set, then 3# ea last 2 sets | 30 (15 each way, alternating) | front shoulders, top back, thighs, glutes |
| Standing calf raise (i did single leg) | body weight | 15 each leg | calves |
superset, 3 times through:
| move | weight | reps | muscles worked |
| Incline curl | 12# ea | 15 | biceps |
| Kickback | 10# | 15 each arm | triceps |
superset, 3 times through:
| move | weight | reps | muscles worked |
| Cable horizontal woodchop | 50# | 15 each side | obliques |
| Reverse crunch | body weight | 15 | lower abs |
superset, 3 times through:
| move | weight | reps | muscles worked |
| crunch on decline bench | body weight | 100 | upper abs |
| laying butt bridge | 10# on hips | 25 | glutes, hamstrings |
i tacked that extra set on the end for good measure. i only changed the workout by adding the upright row to the deadlifts (which was very challenging and engaged my core!) and switched the calf raises to single leg. oh and i also had a nice, 10 minute long stretch sesh.
total time: 1 hour 19 minutes, total calories burned: 403, max HR: 165, average HR: 130.
did you know that i love mail more than almost anything (except ice cream, dogs, marshall and cereal)?
weeee.. mail!
did you know that blog friends=best friends?
oh. my. gosh.
two packages came for me yesterday and my heart was overjoyed.. i can’t believe how thoughtful and kind some people are!
first up is the package from reader christin. she wasn’t digging her EAS premium blend protein powder so she offered to send it to me!!
oh my gosh! the weirdest part is i have been looking high and low at costcos across the city to try to find this particular blend of protein powder. it is the only one i use for my protein oats and i have been out of the vanilla for months! you may have noticed that i have only been using chocolate protein powder in my oats lately.
THANK YOU CHRISTIN!
second up was a mystery package from michelle. i totally forgot i’d given her my address awhile back in the midst of all my stress. i opened it up and there was the sweetest card~
and then i opened the gift. UMMMMMMM LOOK!
a houndstooth wallet! what makes this situation even more amazing is i was just looking at new wallets on friday because mine is falling apart. the world works in mysterious ways, folks.
THANK YOU MICHELLE!
did you know that i could go on a liquid diet for a week and be ok with it?
as long as it involved these glorious green protein shakes, i’d be set!
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 1/2 cup water
- tons of ice
- 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- 1/2 tsp guar gum
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- 3 handfuls spinach
- 1 scoop 100% whey vanilla protein powder
this made 3 cups full! and i chugged them in about 4 minutes flat.
did you know that it is HARD to type with fake nails?
don’t laugh. i went to get a much needed pedicure yesterday and i was looking at my haggard fingernails.. that were all different lengths and quite a sight to behold. (please see photo above with me chugging my smoothie for a visual example). i am getting my engagement photos on wednesday and i realized they may have a closeup or two of my hand/the ring.
so i went for it.. and got the fake nails. i used to have these ALL the time, back when i was 24. they are expensive to maintain and i realized i really am not that girly.. and they are a pain to type with =P
but they sure look good! the price we pay for beauty…right?
did you know that the new issue of shape is pretty good?
i never really read shape but i got a free subscription and i am enjoying it more than expected.
did you know that cooking dinner at a friend’s > going out to eat?
marshall & i went over to kristen & rory’s house and whipped up a simple oven fried chicken parmesan last night.
for the chicken, i dredged it in whole wheat flour, then egg whites, then italian seasoned panko bread crumbs.
i sprayed a pan with cooking spray and seared each side for about 3 minutes each before transferring into the oven (which was heated to 450 degrees).
i baked one side for bout 7 minutes, flipped the breasts over and sprinkled them with parmesan cheese and baked for another 5 minutes.
i then flipped them one more time, topped them with parmesan AND low moisture mozzarella and broiled the cheese just so it was melty!
marshall made the sauce. it is his trade. marinara sauce. it’s what he does.
we also steamed some veggies and had some garlic bread and whole wheat spaghetti to go with the meal.
YUM! so much better than eating out!
did you know that red mango is open until midnight?
so if you waltz in the door to red mango at 11:56, have no fear, you will still get your froyo fix!
can you guess which one was mine?
i had a small with watermelon, mango & blueberries.
UM.. watermelon is my new favorite froyo topping! it is so porous that the froyo melted into the crevices of the watermelon and every bite was a party in my mouth. try it, you’ll like it!
did you know that pancake sunday is back and in full effect?
yep! i am taking over for HEAB and celebrating in proper style.
i made these protein pancakes with 1 serving vanilla protein powder+1 serving buckwheat pancake mix (hodgson mill)+an egg white+water. so simple!
delicious and nutritious!
did you know that it is perfectly fine to replace one chemical with another?
i was out of sugar free syrup so i went with sugar free jam. still just as good! i love how deb calls these “frankenfoods” =P i also just love deb period.
did you know that using my new food scale is going to be a blast?
eat smart sent me a food scale!
i am a numbers freak, folks. i love, love, love this sort of thing. i mentally add things up in my head for fun, i count the stairs i go up and down out of habit, i remember my workout weights and reps without writing them down… i am fairly certain that i am going to start weighing things on my new scale just for the fun of it.
i wonder if it would break if i put penny’s fat butt on there? ;)
no, but in all honesty, i think the food scale is going to be useful in my daily eating. i am pretty sure i am overestimating portion sizes by a lot.. and i have 48 days to be wedding-dress-ready, so i think the scale will help. i am going to use it this week and see how i do. full review coming soon!
did you know that the sun is shining and the weather is glorious today?
well, it is! so i am going to close my laptop, go for a jog and then head to my house to see what we can do as far as painting goes. i will be taking some progress pics of the renovations! i also have a birthday dinner celebration at the parents’ abode tonight (my brother’s birthday is thursday, 2 days after mine, we celebrate together!) ~so my next post will have lots of fun stuff to share.
did you know that i almost forgot to announce the giveaway winners?
i’m not even lying. i picked the two winners using random.org!
winner #1:
winner #2:
congrats, girls! email me your mailing information (mealsandmoves at gmail dot com) ASAP and i will get the book shipped your way. thanks to everyone for entering :)
check ya later alligators!
Qs~
1. what clothing items do you “splurge” on and what do you “save” on? when it comes to workout gear, like i said above, i splurge on shoes and a couple nice bras. i save on the workout bottoms and tshirts.. i have been known to wear marshall’s shirts to the gym! as far as normal clothes go, the ONLY thing i splurge on is nice jeans. the rest of my wardrobe consists of super cheap finds from places like h&m, forever 21, target.. you know.
2. what is the last fun piece of mail you received? thanks for the fun mail, christin and michelle! and eat smart!
HAVE A GREAT MEMORIAL DAY! i will probably be back tomorrow night for a recap.

I did not know any of that stuff. Except about the nails. Lol. So glad you got some quality time with your family- nothing beats that and those pictures are priceless. What cool mail! BUT, why are you opening presents early?!!!!! Haha :)
1. what clothing items do you “splurge” on and what do you “save” on? shoes and bras I splurge on, and workout clothes. Most of my other stuff is pretty cheap.
2. what is the last fun piece of mail you received? hmmm. Does my CD from Amazon count?!
I didn’t know a lot of those things. ;) I love that houndstooth wallet. hurray for cool gifts!
The only thing I splurge on are shoes and bras for workouts. Pretty much everything else I own is “save.” I wish I actually shopped more though, I’m due for new clothes.
My last fun mail had 5 coupons for free greek yogurt! Yes!!!!
Killer workout! I need to write some of these moves down (and draw stick figure diagrams haha) so I can vary my workouts a bit more. I tried bent over dumbbell rows yesterday after seeing it on meals and moves and have some awesome DOMS today, yay for varying things! I am a huge numbers person too. I measure out a lot of foods (besides vegetables) partly because I just like things precise – I worked in a microbiology lab where things were measured out literally to the micro liter or the experiment would be ruined so sometimes I treat cooking similarily. I splurge on workout clothing (all of my stuff is Lululemon) because it lasts me forever and fits well! I also generally splurge on jeans, handbags. Tops, dresses, etc I prefer cheaper brands!
Yay for a shout out on the best blog EVAR! And yay for orphaned protein powder finding a new, deserving, loving home! Happy early birthday/wedding, girl!
i did not know about forever 21 workout clothes! good to know – not that i work out in them, but i like to look cute and be comfy at the same time as i lounge about all day….
i usually splurge on shoes – i need to be comfy.
What a weekend! Jealous you have another day off to enjoy tomorrow- even more jealous that you have sunshine- I haven’t seen that in about a week and it’s KILLING me!
I’m not going to say Happy Birthday yet, you can wait for that- but enjoy the rest of your weekend- I hope you get yourself into some kind of trouble! xo
i love watermelon on my red mango too! i think it’s the reason red mango is my favorite- i can’t find watermelon as a topping at any other yogurt place.
Yeah, I could totally eat a whole pizza myself, too :P Bloggie friends ARE the best, that is one rad wallet :)
And it is SO hard to type with fake nails! Ahh… I had them for prom way back when and can’t stand them anymore, as cute as they look :P
I “splurge” on good workout sneaks, a solid pair of sandals for the summer (I walk EVERYWHERE) and classics like a jacket for each season, and jeans- because usually the ones that fit the best are the most $$$! Everything else of mine is also H&M, Target, Forev 21 and a lot of sale JCrew my mom gets 50% off on ;)
I am waiting on SO much fun mail! Possible wedding attire(!) a blog giveaway win, and a sample pack! But nothing so far :(
I don’t have three days off this weekend, but I am enjoying the gloriously nice weather here in the T-dot!! Went on an hour and fifteen minute walk today. Gorgeous.
Have a great weekend!!
xo
K
Did you know that you are amazing and sweet and that is why we all love you!!!!??
I am so glad your weekend is going amazing girl! Yay for 3 day weekends! Why cant it always be this way!!
Love the sweet packages, it is so nice that there are so many amazing people in the blog land : )
I love the pic of you with the pizza and your man stuffing his face in the background! lol! cute!!!
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh love fro-yo, looks like Marshall went to town with his! Love it!!
I hope you have a great Sunday! I saw that Forever 21 has workout stuff now, got to check that out!!!! Love that place! Its the best!!! xoxo
I’m the same way as you! Splurge on jeans, save on everything else. I did have an expensive accident in lululemon once though ;-)
My last splurge was on Jay robb protein, that stuff is expensive!
And yes, not having to go to work tomorrow is the BEST THING EVER.
I think you just inspired me to make a protein smoothie right now!!
1. I definitely splurge on some cute jeans. I used to be in shock of people who would buy $100-$200 jeans. But once I tried some of them on – if you find the PERFECT pair. It’s just worth it. But I still love my cheap on sale $20 jeans as well ;-) And I save on underwear! Give me Target $3 underwear anyday! They’re actually my faves. Oh and I splurge on running shoes of course.
2. I think I got the issue of Shape in the mail the other day. That was the last thing addressed to me!
buckwheat flour is best for pancakes! So nutty and delish! Glad your taking over pancakes sundays. HEAB will be pleased. :)
I love the photos with Sofi – so cute!
You know that you are supposed to celebrate your birthday for at least an entire week, don’t you?!?!!!
Your chicken looks really good. I almost picked up some panko crumbs yesterday. I think I’ll pick some up next time and recreate your dish!
Enjoy the rest of your looong weekend! :)
WOW- I love how you remember your reps w/o writing them down- I could never do that. I literally have to write them down as I go (if I use my own workout..but typically I follow one with the reps already listed so that I don’t have ot remember- haha!)
I will definitely be trying the watermelon in my froyo next time- you made it sound so delicious! :)
As for clothes- I agree with you 100%. Jeans are the one thing I am willing to spend more $$ on…otherwise I head to Kohls, Target, or similar places.
& I love SF jelly as well..yummm ;)
How SWEET of Michelle?!!! Love her!! Such a sweetheart!! :)
I splurge on bras, underwear, and lingerie. I only buy those things at VS. I love Target, Kohl’s, F21, all those bargain stores for everything else, but I cannot wear undergarments from anywhere but VS!! :)
Happy MD Weekend!! :)
Oh I totally agree that a 3-day weekend should be mandatory! Looks like you had an awesome workout. Have a fantastic 1 more day off!
Did you know I just did a post like this last week AND just received one of those scales too?? FREAKY!!!!
Happy ALMOST birthday!! wahoo. Glad you’re celebrating it up already. So many great eats- my favorites are the homemade marinara and froyo (my favorite treat). I don’t think our place offers watermelon, but it sounds like a great topping. Fun packages. I am a number freak too, so I heart my eat smart scale. I splurge on gym shoes and the occasional dress or sweater that I know I will wear again and again!
now I must have pancakes with protein powder! like now! can ya please give me your address?!? =)
I did not know that Forever 21 makes a workout line but now I do and now I will have to go check it out.
But I absolutely did know that cooking dinner with friends is 10x more fun than going out! Love doing this every chance we get.
What a great weekend. I am so happy tomorrow is just another day of fun! Love the 3 day weekends!
Have a great night girl.
Ah! Thanks so much for the F21 tip! I need to get some more shorts, and now I know where to go:)
yay for food scales! I guess I gotta try to win one from another giveaway now. ;) I am fellow number freak.
I agree on your clothing splurge/save views…nice jeans are SO so so so so worth, i’ve recently found out. I would much rather have 2 awesome pairs of jeans than say 5 cheap pairs.
P.S. I made your faux frosty tonight…rocked my face, fyi. :D
I don’t usually “splurge” on clothing – my mom insists on buying stuff with me and making the best deals. If we do “splurge”, it’s usually on higher-quality, longer-use clothing, like winter coats, good jeans, etc.
BTW: Did you know that you are the cutest thing on earth with Marshall? Seriously, I love that photo where you caught Marshall nomming in the background. ;)
Happy early birthday! I’m glad you had an awesome weekend. :D
Wei-Wei
I have really comfy, but def. thin, yoga pants from F21. And I am such a numbers freak too!
I could totally go on a liquid diet too, and I might, in fact, after my nephew leaves town. My eating hasn’t been over the top, but it hasn’t been healthy.
OK, so funny – I had THAT copy of SHAPE in my bag when I picked up my 11 year-old nephew at the airport and it was upside-down so all he could see was Kim’s abdomen sticking out of my bag. He said, “Aunt Tiffany, why do you have one of THOSE magazines?” I got all flustered cuz it does look pornographic if you look at it through the eyes of an 11 year-old. Then I was acting all weird and super guilty and moved it behind another magazine! Good thing my brother’s had 11 years of practice with this kid – he’s gonna need it!
What do you normally use to make protein pancakes?
I neeeed new workout clothes- I am very happy about this forever 21 info! Watermelon + froyo sounds delish. If I’m ever not in the mood for cookie dough, I’ll go that route.
“did you know that forever 21 now makes workout gear?!”–NO I DIDNT.
Score!
I am all about cheap sh*t. I see these girls who cant even do yoga but $100 pants. Alrighty then. And I see people who take more rest breaks than the dead, at the gym, in expensive stuff. Not me. I am wearing target crap from 4 yrs ago. I always like to take my shirt off at the end of the gym so that all the haters can see what I was packin’ underneath my horribly ugly workout clothes :)
Pineapple on pizza. Love it.
Food scale. NICE. I got red. The silver is muy bueno.
The nails. I was a P & White QUEEN for like 10 yrs. I was preg and decided i couldnt keep up w/ fake nails but ironically for my show, i am get P & W mani/pedi this week. Not fakes, just my own nails w/ P & W on them.
As if you care :)
sorry to ramble, brevity is not my strength as you know :)
xo
hahahaha marshies totally loves his pizza almost as much as he loves you ;)
look at you gettin hooked up from awesome bloggies and the postal man. he loves you almost as much as marshmellow!
i want pancakes tomorrow so bad and i have no flour out here waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah! fail. i guess i’ll have to make them on tuesday! anyways have a fun weekend girlfrannnd
Haha, I love that picture of Marshall and his wide open mouth. The besssst. Also that houndstooth wallet is just so dang cute – I’m a sucker for black/white things.
1. I’ve splurged on jeans, but honestly, I like the cheap ones just as well. But sometimes it’s fun to have “nice” things.
2. Hmmm, does netflix count? I always get excited about those little red envelopes.
Girl I’d give you a serious run for you money in that pizza eating contest! ;-)
“i got those gray pants for $12.80! side note.. why does F21 insist on marking such silly, strange prices for things? always with the 80 cents at the end. weirdos. if they had some sort of method to the madness they could at least mark it with 21 cents at the end” LMAO!
I love getting mail too! Soo exciting about the wedding! But you’re already dress ready! That chicken looks divine! xxx
I think I’ve eaten my body weight in pizza this weekend!
I’ve been getting some wedding gifts in the mail which is always fun. I got a sweet bedspread the other day.
I spend more money on shoes. I have one expensive bra and I’m always afraid that it’s going to get messed up because I put it in the washing machine.
I was surprised how great Shape was this month. I didn’t know about the nails, but I do know they make a different sound when typing than regular nails. Random yes, but the girl in the office next to mine has them and I can hear when she has them and when she doesn’t! ;) We had pizza last night and it was the first time I’d ordered one with tofu. Holy deliciousness!
I always splurge on shoes…always!
Hahaha… that photo of Marshall stuffing his face in the background is amazing. Yay for full-body workouts!! Yeah, I stopped writing my weight for everything because I’m 1) lazy, and 2) everyone is different! That workout had my glutes hurting for dayyysss. Oh! And there is something in the mail for you so please don’t think I forgot about you on your birthday!! They wanted to charge me 30 bucks to air mail it, so it’s on the ground and might not get there till next week. Boo.
1. Running shoes, always. I’ve gotten injured from bad shoes before and it’s not cool. I’ll splurge on Lululemon too. If taken care of, their items will last for a long ass time. Not to mention cute :)
2. Cable bill? :P Actually, it would be pretty stellar if my tax return showed up right about now.
Enjoy your holiday Monday Neef!!! xoxo
Wowowow. What an amazing post! I read the whole thing and got a kick out of all of your pictures – pizza ~swoonswoon~. I’ve been craving pizza for months but have not been in the mood to venture in the gluten-free pizza dough business.
Your nails look great! Your engagement ring photos are going to turn out beautifully <3
Your eats look delish too and I couldn't agree more about cooking with a friend :)
Have a beautiful sunny Monday!
x
i want to eat sofi up she is so cute. i love that she has those chubby cheeks and that she wanted to take pics with you and marshall. all the food and everything on this post was fab, but sofi still takes the cake :)
Ahh, that looks like really good pizza! We used to have a little neighborhood place who made pizzas like that, but then they got replaced by a new and very nasty place whose pizza gave me food poisoning. Yuck. Wow, that workout looks HARD!
Whoa, that’s one awesome workout. I need to try some of those moves ASAP (well, when I can normally move my body again). And I loooooove the pizza pics, it looks wonderful and the one with Marshall stuffing his face, too funny.
I was contemplating getting the copy of Shape, love Kim K, but wasn’t sure about it since she endoreses the diet pills and all.
I am getting ready to send a fellow blogger a package and am exciting for it, I am throwing in some extra goodies for her and her dog :)
Did you know that you might be the cutest thing EVER!?!?!
Those are itty bitty pizza pieces…so you definitely didn’t go overboard. I would not have been able to limit myself that much! You are on a roll. I bet that wedding dress is great motivation though. ;)
I splurge on jeans and that’s about it. I always buy workout clothes at places where I can get a good deal (like TJ Maxx or Target) BUT I buy so many it probably adds up to the biggest splurge.
Hey there,
I’m so jealous of you that you always get such cool stuff in the mail. I rarely ever get mail and when i do it’s usually bills!
When it comes to clothing I save on pretty much everything as I hate shopping. But at the moment I’m saving mostly on jeans since I’m losing weight (with weight watchers) and the jeans I buy tend to get too big way too fast to worry about getting goo and expensive ones. I usually splurge on my bras. my regular ones. Not because I like to but because I have to get my size in a specialty store and there they bras are quite prices but at least they fit well and after all they do have a pretty hard job.
Those are some loaded pizzas, yummm! Have fun with the scale, but don’t let it drive you crazy either!
I was just in forever yesterday and I didn’t see the workout clothes. Damn. I do get a hella good discount at the running store I work out, but I still enjoy cheap workout clothes.
Your weekend looks absolutely fabulous! When I was engaged I did the fake nails too. I didn’t like people looking at my gnarly nails when they were looking at my ring.
1. Sofi is sooo sweet!
2. Those pizzas look amazing!
3. I love eating at home>eating at a restaurant.
4. Getting mail is the shiiiiit!
5. HAPPY EARLY BIRTHDAY LADY!!!
So excited that F21 makes workout clothes!! I invest in my shorts and shoes, but I buy my sports bras at Target and wear old t-shirts to run. I like to invest in things I’ll wear a ton, like jeans- I have a little bit of an obsession!! The last fun mail I got was a bloggie package as well- Laras and chocolate :) Happy birthday week!!
OK you almost made me cry- really your had four “pieces” of pizza?> You mean four bites. meanwhile, PacMan was in the background stuffing his gullet- hahaha!
OK LOVE the scale- I need a good- looking one- mine is totally ghetto and I use it about 3000 times a day no joke.
Awwww- so sweet that you wuv my reference to my beloved Frankenfoods and you wuv me, ’cause the feeling is 100% mutual.
I used to do the fake nails too- too much maintenance. I have enough to do just to keep things going but my nails are just ghastly now. Sigh.
Like you I spend stupid crazy money on jeans but would gag at having to spend more than $10 on a wifebeater at Target or F21. I’ll also spend on handbags and sneaks. Everything else is el-cheapo. :-)
Love you!!
PS- Yes Michelle is so sweet- that houndstooth is rad. and susan is way more than a pretty face ;-)
Also, we weigh Samantha on my ghetto scale- we have to put a huge flat chopping board on top to balance her before she high-tails it the heck outta there. You can bet I’m scrubbing that thing when we’re done!
Those pizzas looks awesome!! I got that issue of shape too, I enjoyed it :)
