Bellisima! I heart your freckles, lady friend! I used to have them on my nose and cheeks and HATED them as a little girl. Now I wish they were back because they are too cute! Ah well! Great post! I wish I looked at my so-called “imperfections” and embraced them like you do. I’m workin’ on it, though:) HUGS:)

Janetha, I read about your goal to touch your toes this year. A blog post just came out about this from Tony Gentilcore, who is a well-known strength training coach. He claims he can get clients to touch their toes in about ten minutes, and then outlines the method in his post. I can’t touch my toes either, so I am going to give his method a try. Hopefully it will help both of us out!
