wide stance squat with dumbbell front raise.
this move will work your lower body and your shoulders.
start holding a dumbbell in each hand and stand with your feet wider than shoulder width apart.
squat down and bring your arms up into a front raise.
stand back up!
i like to do 3 sets of 15 reps.
