Rx

“Rx” indicates the prescription for a workout. If you do a workout “Rx”, it means you followed it exactly as written–the weight suggested, the number of reps suggested, the number of rounds suggested, etc.

There is a different Rx for males and females. Rx+ refers to doing more than what is prescribed.
