philly flat out pizza.

this is my take on dominos pizza’s philly cheesesteak pizza. hope you enjoy!

ingredients

  • 1 flat out wrap
  • 1 wedge laughing cow light cheese
  • yellow onion
  • green bell pepper
  • mushrooms
  • 4 ounces 99% fat free ground turkey
  • fennel seed
  • s&p

directions:

  1. brown turkey burger and fennel in a pan, season with salt and pepper while cooking, set aside
  2. dice veggies
  3. sauté green pepper and onion in a pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray9-9-09 016
  4. when peppers and onions are softening, add mushrooms9-9-09 017
  5. cook until all veggies are soft 9-9-09 022
  6. spread cheese on flatout 9-9-09 024
  7. add turkey burger 9-9-09 025
  8. add veggies 9-9-09 026
  9. bake at 400 degrees [f] for 6 minutes, until flat out is a bit crisp 9-9-09 032
  10. eat! 9-9-09 034

nutritional information for entire recipe: 296 calories, 41g protein, 29g carbs, 6g fat, 11g fiber
