i have recently been doing some of your HIIT workouts and they are so fabulous. when i’m scrunched for time (like all the time) i always remind myself that i can always do a HIIT workout! thanks so much for sharing :)

I just made a document with all of your cardio workouts. I’m bringing it to the gym for inspiration. I do very similar things (make them up as I go) but it will be fun to follow “a plan” once in a while. :)

Hi Janetha! I stumbbled across your blog and I love it. I was wondering if you would suggest Body for Life or Love Fit? I recently and random gained 15 pounds in 4 months so I am at 135. I want to get back down to 120, gained lean muscle, and be fit. Any suggestions on which program to follow?

I would say start with BFL! It has the best eating plan.

I love the HIIT. Yours is the first site where I have seen someone who so completely embraces HIIT workout. I am in the process of creating a home HIIT workout blog with a HIIT Workout Plan ebook. Would you consider doing some guest posts for me once it is set up?
