I LOVE it! I may just have to track my mileage to see how far I go each year. I never thought of doing that – hmmm.

I tracked minutes I worked out in 2010, I am a number girl so I like charts and all that jazz….but I never tracked my miles manually because my garmin did it for me but tracking it is a good motivator. To see your progress is a good motivator
