lunge off step with forward lean.
this is a tricky one to explain! you want to use your momentum to power you through the move. it will work your lower body and upper back.
start by standing on a low step with dumbbells in hand.
step forward and lunge with your left foot, bring the dumbbells forward and lean into the lunge.
stand back up into the starting position.
repeat with your right leg.
this cycle is one rep. i like to do 3 sets of 15 reps~or 30 lunges total.
