jump-over-lunges on bosu ball.
this one is going to be hard to explain.. but i will try!
i love this move because it works it all. your lower body, your upper body, your core AND it gets your heart rate up!
first start with a wide stance~one foot on the bosu and one foot out as far as it will go. *note: you can use a small step if you do not have a bosu. hold a dumbbell in each hand.
jump up onto the ball and bring the dumbbells up in front of you.. these photos don’t do the move justice because this must be done with a lot of momentum..
repeat, going the other way.
one complete rep is going left, over the ball and then right. i like to do 3 sets of 15 reps.
