greek salad dressing.
this recipe makes two servings. you can increase portions to suit your needs.
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 TB extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Greek Seasoning
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- sea salt & black pepper, to taste
1. mix all ingredients in a blender (or use an immersion blender). alternately, you could mix it well with a fork.
in case you are wondering, this is greek seasoning:
you can find it in your spice aisle.
2. pour into two ramekins and serve immediately. you can also keep this in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
