fitmixer bootcamp: january 2013.

the fitmixer boot camp starts on january 14th and runs for eight weeks. i did the boot camp last may and loved it. there are five challenging workouts issued each week and all can be done at home! no equipment is required. you are also issued a meal plan based on your calorie need and weight goals. this plan will be adjusted throughout the boot camp after looking at your progress.

there is a nutritionist and fitness expert that both work closely with participants to make sure all concerns are addressed, all questions are answered, and each participant gets the most out of the program.

what i love MOST about the boot camp is the facebook group and community aspect. it’s so great to have each other to rely on when you need a little extra support!
