dedicated december is a challenge for you to stay active during the month of december. you will get one point/entry for EVERY workout you complete!
for each and every workout you complete in december, leave a comment below. make sure you tell us what the workout was!

- 12/1: day 53 livefit trainer (shoulders) had to train at home because gym power was out
- 12/2: day 54 livefit trainer (easy legs)
- 12/3: day 55 livefit trainer (back, rear delts, 30 min moderate cardio)
- 12/4: 30 minutes moderate cardio on stairmill (to make up for thursday’s missed session)
- 12/5: day 57 livefit trainer (first day of phase 3, quads & calves)
- 12/6: day 58 livefit trainer (did it at 5:35 AM!!! back, bis, tris, sprints) + ran at park with dogs in 12* temps
- 12/7: day 59 livefit trainer (chest, shoulders, abs, sprints)
- 12/8: day 60 livefit trainer (hamstrings, glutes, calves)
- 12/9: day 61 livefit trainer (back, biceps, abs, sprints)
- 12/10: run at park with dogs
- 12/11: day 62 livefit trainer (shoulders, triceps, abs, sprints)

I am running for a hour on my treadmill in the comfort of my own home, beating my time by 10 seconds, and preparing myself for a 5k in the spring! :D
December 2: 20 minutes of lower body weights and walked 2.5 miles in 42 minutes. Taking it easy today!
Dec 1: 4 mile run with a friend at night
Cardio day!!
– 10 min intervals on stepmill, 10 min intervals on bike, 100 kettlebell swings w/ 35# KB (5 sets of 20)
I taught ZUmba –1 hour (Dec 1)
I taught BodyPUMP –1 hour (Dec 1)
I taught Zumba today –1 hour (Dec 2)

Dec 2 – crazy 1.5 h cardio + stength class. I’m dying :)
Dec. 1 – Ran 4 miles, did 2 miles of sprints on outside track, and then climbed bleachers for 10 minutes.
Dec. 1st I did the elliptical for 35 minutes and the stair climber for 15 minutes at the gym.
Dec. 2 – Crossfit — Spartan 300″
* 25 pull-ups
* 50 deadlifts (95 lbs)
* 50 push-ups
* 50 box jumps (20″)
* 50 “floor wipers” (35 lbs)
* 50 kettlebell clean and press from the ground (20)

Today I did the Jillian Michaels 6 week 6 pack video–level two. (By the way, this is an awesome idea! Yay!) (And, um, your picture up there is totally my inspiration this month.)

12/2 Lower body weights and abs.
yesterday (12/1) i did a bootcamp/circuit training workout that included:
squats
kettlebell swings (two handed & one handed)
front & side planks
full sit up with a medicine ball throw
more squats
burpees
oh and did i mention more squats (this time on a bosu with a medicine ball between my knees)
a lot more stuff i cant remember because i was dying at this point
and to round it all off: a 7.0 run at 3% incline
Dec. 1- Mercy Abs from the Rev Abs program.
Dec. 2- Total Strength from the Rev Abs program.
December 1: I did 30 minutes on the elliptical and Day 1 of Jamie Eason’s Livefit Program!
December 2: 30 minutes on the elliptical and Day 2 of Jamie Eason’s Live Fit Program
today i did a upper body workout with free weights/iso-machines and some abs:
chest press
push ups
iso lat-pull down
pull ups
russian twists
knee ups on the roman chair
straight leg lifts on the roman chair
front planks
side planks
December 2:
Today I did the elliptical and took a full Body Sculpting class at my gym!
Dec 1 – ran 1.5 miles & 15min on elipticle
Dec 1 – my second workout was 2 hours of dance offs with Brittany and her Xbox Kinect. So much fun and funny!
Dec 2 – One Hour consisting of Stage 4 Workout B of The New Rules of Lifting for Women
Dec. 2:
Upper body workout + abs for 1 hour working with machines and free weights.
Dec 2 – 3 mile run in the SNOW! I almost got hit by cars twice.
I took a 1 hr zumba class on 12/1/2011
I took a weight lifting class for 1 hr on 12/1/2011
I took a kick boxing class on 12/1/2011
