barbell deadlift to bent over row.
this move will work your hamstrings and your back.
start with your feet shoulder width apart, knees slightly bent and legs stiff. hold a barbell with an overhand grip.
lower down in a deadlift, keeping your back flat and head up.
while in the “down” position, complete a row.
stand back up to the beginning stance.
i like to do three sets of 15 reps.
