cardio crazed: 7 sweaty swaps for running.

hey, guys! occasionally, i publish stories for mode media. the past story i did was all about cardio.. and NOT about running. as you probably know, i hate running! so i rounded up a bunch of other options to do to torch calories & burn fat INSTEAD of running.

Love these other options!
Hate running—love rowing.
I can’t swim so that one’s out.
I’m going to work the other options into my cardio days.

Love these options, Janetha! I also am not a big fan of running, however, I LOVE tabata, group fitness, and sprinting up stairs and hills!
