i just completed the fourth fit test of my insanity challenge. many of you have asked how it is going, so i thought this would be a good way to show you my progress.
the fit tests consists of eight different moves. you complete as many reps as you can in one minute. there is a break between each move that lasts a little over a minute so you can catch your breath, take a swig of water and write down your reps.
the challenge instructs you to complete the fit test on day one, two weeks in, five weeks in, seven weeks in and once more at the end of the challenge.
today was my second-to-last fit test.. and here are my scores!

as you can see.. the program works. i have two more weeks of workouts before the challenge comes to an end with one final fit test. i will write up a full review when that time comes!
well, i have to head to the stores and then hit the kitchen. we are having a BBQ in about 5 hours!
