insanity fit test results.

in moves

i just completed the fourth fit test of my insanity challenge. many of you have asked how it is going, so i thought this would be a good way to show you my progress.

the fit tests consists of eight different moves. you complete as many reps as you can in one minute. there is a break between each move that lasts a little over a minute so you can catch your breath, take a swig of water and write down your reps.

the challenge instructs you to complete the fit test on day one, two weeks in, five weeks in, seven weeks in and once more at the end of the challenge.

today was my second-to-last fit test.. and here are my scores!

move

day 1

today

switch kicks 100 120 122
power jacks 44 56 60
power knees 85 108 114
squat jumps 28 40 43
globe jumps 12 14 14
burpees 14 18 19
pushup jacks 25 33 37
plank obliques 50 64 71

as you can see.. the program works. i have two more weeks of workouts before the challenge comes to an end with one final fit test. i will write up a full review when that time comes!

well, i have to head to the stores and then hit the kitchen. we are having a BBQ in about 5 hours!

thanks for the review and I just noticed that w/ your new site, you have a new favicon: your picture.

I love it! Mine is a blue/black emblem that matches my site layout/header but I like your photo idea way better. Cute!

Yea, insanity left me passes out on the floor in a pool of sweat even though we had the AC blasting.

It works.

And you hot legs are proof!

did I say “passes”??? I obviously meant “passed” and I obviously need to proof read comments or else people will begin to think our future child will have some serious spelling issues when he/she gets older.

HI Janetha! Because of you, I finally ordered Isanity! I look the fit test today and I am a little confused about what counts as 1 rep for the plank obliques. Does a right knee and left knee count as 1 rep or 2? Thank you so much and thank you for maintaining such an awesome blog :)
