I love that you guest posted on PB fingers and I loooove that it’s about C. Cheese! I love it mixed with cinnamon and blueberries together! (I use the 1% no salt added kind)

oh wow, great tips! i’m almost 6 months preggers and always looking for ways to get more protein in to my diet…i’ve been eating cottage cheese a lot, but usually just with some black pepper and tomatoes (yawn)…i’ll definitely be trying out your recipes! especially the cottage cheese and chick peas. YUM!

I love cottage cheese!! I loved your post over at PB Fingers!

My mom is a cottage cheese lover, it always goes so fast in our house!

I love your lasagna recipe idea! How do you cook your spaghetti squash? I stab it then microwave mine for 15 minutes. But I’m not convinced that it’s the best way, because the “spaghetti” never gets soft enough for my liking.

I cut it in half, scoop out the seeds, wrap each half in saran wrap tightly and microwave for 10 minutes!
