Happy Cookie Friday to you! I tried to get a cookie at lunch and our coffee shop was out :( Boo!

Those look great!

My favorite cookie are these pudding chocolate chip cookies. Yu-um.

lowandbhold February 25, 2011 at 1:24 pm

Oatmeal with craisins or toffee nut! Those look deeelicious as well!

Tina @ Faith Fitness Fun February 25, 2011 at 1:29 pm

Those look good! I love soft, chewy cookies. Chocolate chip is my favorite though.

Holly February 25, 2011 at 1:30 pm

Peanut butter cookies are the best — although Snickerdoodles are good too.

Allison @ Food For Healing February 25, 2011 at 1:33 pm

i absolutely love a classic chocolate chip cookie, soft and gooey.

Steph February 25, 2011 at 1:36 pm

chocolate chip from scratch.

Erica February 25, 2011 at 1:37 pm

Yum! They look great. I love love sugar cookies, but rarely eat them. Second up? Probably oatmeal chocolate chip.

Averie (LoveVeggiesAndYoga) February 25, 2011 at 1:41 pm

I would love to have ANY cookie right about now. Choc chip, PB, snickerdoodle, oatmeal, really….I am not picky. But they cannot be dry. Half baked/gooey is the best and only way to eat cookies :)

Liz @ Blog is the New Black February 25, 2011 at 1:44 pm

I’ve made these and I concur!

Ivori February 25, 2011 at 1:45 pm

Snickerdoodles are our favorite at home too! The key too getting them nice & chewy & fluffy is to use super fresh baking soda and bake no longer than 9 minutes – yummy!

janetha February 25, 2011 at 1:52 pm

crazy, this recipe had NO baking soda and they were SO chewy and fluffy! no cream of tartar either, can you believe it.

Marcee/ILLINOIS February 25, 2011 at 1:47 pm

There’s nothing like a buttery-crunchy-lemony-shortbread cookie. All shortbreads are winners. Same with chocolate chip cookies. So many recipes …. very little time. Everyone loves em. Peanut butter cookies dipped (1/2 way) in chocolate are fantastic …. simple. Usually, I mix the chocolate flavors …. always buy/use good quality ingredients. People just absolutely love any kind of biscotti. Such a wonderful addition to most anything. Folks can drink a glass of wine, a little mini sammie, and have a biscotti …. at the same time!

Our world would be a sad-gloomy place without delicious COOKIES!!!

Bake a batch + ENJOY!

janetha February 25, 2011 at 1:50 pm

you just made me smile real big.

jackie February 25, 2011 at 1:47 pm

yes ma’am, will do!

i love any cookie. i’m not picky. but i do love a good sugar or chocolate chip/nut cookie. have you had my dough girl cookies( called ruby snap now)? or the lemon ones at kodiak bakery at the gateway? soooo delish!

janetha February 25, 2011 at 1:49 pm

Maryea @ Happy Healthy Mama February 25, 2011 at 1:57 pm

Chocolate chip cookies are my absolute favorite. There aren’t too many cookies I don’t like though.

Melissa @ Chocolate & Kisses February 25, 2011 at 2:22 pm

So for now I’m going to say it’s going to be my butterscotch oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. Because they do rock!

Tamizn February 25, 2011 at 2:28 pm

Lemon or oat or chocolate hmmmmm ANY KIND!!!!!!!

lindsay February 25, 2011 at 2:42 pm

Megan February 25, 2011 at 2:45 pm

I LOVE cookies. Seriously, my absolute favorite food in the world. And I’m a damn good baker, if I do say so myself :) My husband loves snickerdoodles, and says mine are the best he’s ever had (such a sweet hubby!), but I think I love classic chocolate chip (with coconut and pecans) the best. There is something about an ooey gooey chocolate chip cookie straight out of the oven. Pure heaven!

You’re in trouble now, Janetha, because I am pregnant! Now I HAVE to make cookies tonight!

janetha February 25, 2011 at 2:46 pm

Well.. pregnancy and cookies go hand in hand :) I better not get pregnant.. I am already a cookie monster as it is!

Heather (Heather's Dish) February 25, 2011 at 2:55 pm

i never thought i would say this, but my favorite cookie is now the white chocolate macadamia nut. it’s heaven. in fact, i need one now!

cbrady3 February 25, 2011 at 3:10 pm
