in meals

FRIDAY! i am doing my friday dance and i don’t even dance.  i am worse than steve urkel and elaine bennis combined. do yourself a favor and don’t even try to imagine what that might look like.

i have a couple things to tell you guys but decided to break them off from my flashback friday post.  otherwise, that sucker would have been waaaayyy too long.  i will be back tonight with a regular post.

but for now…

two items of blog business

i know you are all curious about the winner of the ceramic grater.  including the posts to my facebook page, there were 173 entries.

and the winner is… *drumroll please*

congrats, eden! you won with your link back! please email me your mailing address and i will get your ceramic grater shipped out ASAP so you can start grating that garlic.  thanks to everyone for entering and thanks to momma b for supplying the grater for the giveaway! she is the most generous person i know.

you can still follow me on facebook.. if you do, you will never have to wonder what the national food holiday is each day.  i make sure to let all my friends know :) today happens to be national cherries jubilee day!

a little something.. oh, nuts! contacted me to let me know about a sweepstakes they are currently hosting to promote the new movie, “life as we know it”.

oh, nuts! has generously offered to give a set of tickets to a pre-screening of the movie to one lucky meals & moves reader. the only catch is that the prescreening is only available in the following cities:

New York City

Los Angeles

San Diego

San Francisco

Miami/Ft. Lauderdale

San Jose

if you are interested in winning the tickets, and you are able to see the movie in one of the above listed cities, please let me know in the comments below! make sure you mention what city you would like the tickets for. i will randomly pick a winner and announce it in my next post.  everyone is welcome to enter the sweepstakes by clicking here.  the prize is an all expense paid trip for FOUR to hollywood, CA!

that’s all i’ve got for now. come back later for some flashback friday and regularly scheduled rambling :)

LC @ Let Them Eat Lentils September 24, 2010 at 2:45 pm

Sorry, but I literally hate Katherine Heigl so much that even an all expense paid trip to Hollywood is not enticing enough. She is awful.

I do actually love the oh, nuts! brand though haha.
