*that i can never manage to be on time for work.. ever?

*that whenever i try to make stovetop oats, i get interrupted 17,349 times and they end up getting all sorts of dried out and i have to make a new batch?

*that maple syrup and cinnamon taste so good in protein oats?

*that right when i finally sit down to eat breakfast (at my desk) my boss arrives and has to have a pow-wow while my protein oats sit by the wayside and get cold… (at least my contigo mug kept my coffee hot)

A few things: 1) I’ve somehow managed not to try maple syrup on oats.. this will be remedies asap, 2) interval/superset workout! 3) I totally also have to take my vitamins out of a day-by-day container :) Have a wonderful weekend!

PB & Apple tastes like a carmel apple. I wrote a whole post on naughty pets hairing all over laundry. It’s an epidemic.

Why do oats not fill me up worth a damn? Why do I feel like it’s only 4pm but it’s 7pm? Why am I addicted to this laptop- twitter, email, facebook, blogs, blogging? Love you!!!!!1
