  • cold protein oats baby!

    (1 container greek yogurt, 1/2c oats refriderated overnight. add in 1/2 scoop protein powder, cinnamon, stevia and a splash of water, mix in a chopped apple and some pb2 if your pallete desires!)

I have all that good stuff and it’s so balanced with some fat, protein and carbs- great b-fast idea!

I admire volleyball players- they (you) are soooo fit!
