  • my name:  Emily Wax
  • where i live: Buffalo, NY
  • my blog: Eatventures 
  • my move: Rock climbing!  It’s a great way to get cardio and strength in one but mostly it is fun as hell!


  • my meal: ‘Smores Pie, makes 5-6 servings


  • premade graham cracker pie crust (if your store does not stock crusts w/o trans fat then I would highly recommend making one from scratch instead)
  • 15large marshmallows
  • 1/2C skim milk
  • 5 small Hershey bars
  • 1/2pint Cool Whip
  1. Melt marshmallows, milk, and chocolate in a double boiler.
  2. When cool fold in Cool Whip.
  3. Pour into crust and chill (is good frozen too).

OMG I LOVE rock climbing- it’s like solving a puzzle because you have to figure out the smartest way to get to the top- AND it’s soooo hard physically. I took a few intro classes and saw that i could get hooked. Thanks for the reminder of such a super fun workout.
