in body for life,moves

so i did my HIIT on the bike yesterday. while it was an OK workout, i just dont get the cardio exhaustion i am used to when doing HIIT on the treadmill or elliptical. my legs feel the burn but i am not gasping for air like i prefer. i sure will be stoked when my feet are not dysfunctional anymore!

speaking of dysfunctional feet.. a glass bowl fell out of my cupboard this morning and shattered and sliced up the top of my right foot, some girls have all the luck.

here is how my HIIT went last night:

minutes 1 & 2: 80 rpm @ level 1

minute 3: 100 rpm @ level 1

minute 4: 100 rpm @ level 2

nminute 5: 100 rpm @ level 3

minute 6: 105 rpm @ level 4

minute 7: 105 rpm @ level 1

minute 8: 105 rpm@ level 2

minute 9: 105 rpm @ level 3

minute 10: 110 rpm @ level 4

minute 11: 110 rpm @ level 1

minute 12: 110 rpm@ level 2

minute 13: 110 rpm @ level 3

minute 14: 115 rpm @ level 4

minute 15: 115 rpm @ level 1

minute 16: 115 rpm@ level 2

minute 17: 115 rpm @ level 3

minute 18: 115 rpm @ level 4

minute 19: 120-130 rpm @ level 5

minute 20: 80 rpm @ level 1

i wanted to stay and do more moderate cardio afterward but i had a bbq (at my own house) to get to! more on that in a minute!

Ouch to your foot!!! That sucks…..

I am with you on the bike – the only way I get in a super workout on it, is to bike hills or take a spinning class.
